Storage Sidekick allows you to set up a recurring charge for rent and other regularly occurring items. Once these charges are set, the software program will automatically post the appropriate charges to each tenant's account as scheduled.

Figure 3: Charges automatically post to the tenant's account when they are due. If tenant overpays, you can apply the excess payment to a charge due in the future, or create a credit to be used later.
