Sidekick allows you to set up a recurring charge for rent and other regularly occurring items. Once these charges are set, the software program will automatically post the appropriate charges to each tenant's account as scheduled.
Figure 2: When charges are due, they will show in the tenant's account automatically. Choose the payment date, amount, and type.
Apply the payment to the charge that is being paid and click Done.
Figure 3: If desired, print a receipt, or email it to the tenant.
