 Software Activation
New
Purchase
Once you have purchased
and installed Storage
Sidekick, you will need to contact us to activate your software.
The activation process requires the computer ID
that is given in the Storage Sidekick program.
To access this computer ID, open Storage Sidekick on your main/server
computer.*
Choose Help from the Menu Bar, then choose Activate.
Follow the prompts given.
*(Client
computers that access the software do not need to be activated)
Call 800-559-7040 to
activate.
Please have your computer ID ready.
You may also e-mail
sales@storagesidekick.com
with your
name, address, phone number and computer ID.
We will respond to activation e-mails at the earliest possible time.
