But, if you prefer not to use e-mail, you can purchase telephone
support for $395 per year.

offer separate technical support to help you set up remote access
from outside computers to your server. We will schedule a call with
our technician who will log in to your
computers and set up your remote access so
you will be all set to log in from remote
locations. We charge a set up fee of $100 regardless of how
complicated. Once you purchase the access,
we
will contact you shortly to setup your technician call.
