quickly by email we will call you to help. If you like, we can even dial in to
see your computer screen to fix your problem.

of your company data. If your Sidekick data gets damaged or lost while you are
an active plan member we can always help you get it restored.

We
offer separate technical support to help you set up remote access
from outside computers to your server. We will schedule a call with
our technician who will log in to your
computers and set up your remote access so
you will be all set to log in from remote
locations. We charge a set up fee of $100 regardless of how
complicated. Once you purchase the access,
we
will contact you shortly to setup your technician call.
Note: In the future should you change your server, router or
internet service, the Remote Access will need to be set up
again.
