Storage Sidekick Updates
An update is an improved
"patch" for the Storage Sidekick program you have already installed.
You can
download the latest updates to the program absolutely free!
We have made it simple to do this from both our website and from inside
the program.
Please note the
following:

 It is highly recommended
that you backup your Storage Sidekick data prior to
downloading & installing an update.

If you are unable to
download an update or if you would rather have the update in CD
format, please contact our sales department at
800-559-7040
and we will send you an update on CD for a shipping/handling fee
of $12.95.

Any future program upgrade
(i.e., a newer version) is not considered to be a free update
for existing customers.
To download from the website:
StorageInstall.exe

Click on the "SSKInstall.exe" link above
to Download the Current Update. You will be prompted to
Run/Open the file or to Save the file. Choose Run/Open. The download
will begin. Once the download has finished, you will be prompted to
Run/Open the Update Installation. Follow the prompts to complete the
update.
To download
directly from the program:

Open the Storage Sidekick
program. Make sure all open windows are closed.

Choose Help on the Menu
Bar. Click on Update Storage Sidekick.

Click on the blue link
called "Download the Current Update". Your computer will need Internet
Access for this automatic download feature to work. You will be
prompted to
Run/Open the file or to Save the file.
Choose Run/Open. The download will begin. Once the download has
finished, you will be prompted to Run/Open the Update
Installation. Follow the prompts to complete the update.
